5' 10 @ 218#
have not tried max for a few years. just getting back to the gym now for a few weeks after slacking off for a few months. today did 225x10 for three sets then went up to 275x5 for my 4th set.
the only supplements i use are BK, MCD's, or pizza! i only work out as a hobby... allows me to eat what i want with out getting fat.

3. probably have to check your email and make confirmation

when i was in weight training i repped 265 2x, im 5'9 210-15 when i did it, havent worked out in a while tho, i know its off topic but my best numbers came at the leg press....over 1000 pounds repped 3x

I see alot of you guys taking "supplements" like creatine.....I use none except a balanced diet. At 6'3" 195lbs I can max out at 250lbs.
No offense to those on "supplements" just see toooo many conflicting research on the subject. If it doesn't have consistency....I don't believe it.

creatine's done wonders for me...up from 151 to almost 180 now

supplements like creatine have been proven. certain companies are lousy, but the basis of a lot of these supplements hold water. supplements are designed to be the lil extra, to supplement your diet, not in replacement of. creatine has helped me a lot, as well as supplementing my protein intake with a protein powder. i'm jus very careful of the brands i use. Hence why I am pretty much a strict Gaspari/Bsn user.

I'm 5'9" and weigh 182 give or take. My max is 285 lbs. My goal is to hit 300 by Christmas time. Probably wont happen though. I started taking protein two weeks ago. I used to lift pretty hardcore. Lifted 5 days a week, took creatine and protein for supplements. I would like to lose some weight but it is hard for me to be on a steady healthy diet. I love to eat too much, haha.

That goal is perfectly possible.
Ive been getting schooled at the gym here at UF. Well, actually no, i am still pretty fucking strong.
Ive been cutting, so my strength has finally started to plateau. I knew it was going to at some point..
Today I did Flat Barbell Bench and did 5 sets of 5 reps of 255lbs with 45 sec of rest in between sets. I almost failed on my very last rep, which is a shock to me. However, having short rests are the biggest killer, second to a calorie defienciency (sp?).
For cutting I use L-Carnitine, Caffeine, Whey, and some Arginine. Hey, it was $10 at Vitamin World!

5'10" 142lbs I start sets with 160 set of 10 then 180 set of 8 200 set of 6 then on my last I try 215 for 3, My max was 230 6 months ago, But its been a while since I have pushed it.
But for a small guy 88lbs over my weights not bad im satisfied.

HEY GUYs WATS UP? IM LOOKIN FOR SUM ADVICE... IVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR A GOOD 9 DAYS NOW after I GOT A MEMEBERSHIP AT MY MOMs PIALTES CLASS AND I WAS WONDERING WAT TYPE OF STERIODS I SHOULD START TAKING (pills of coasre, fuck needles lol)? SOME INFO that MIGHT HELP: I"M 6'1", 129lbs, and my WORKOUT MAINLY CONSISTS OF EGO PUMPS (upper body only, duh who cares about legs) AND PUSHUPS. SO WAT DO YOU THINK?????
