I only mentioned it to 5 of my close friends that work in the same dpt. but you know how that works...he tells him, he tells her, she tells him...and so on. I still dont think I can get in trouble, becuase i only am saying what i saw...is that illegal?

thats how I see it...he might go through hell now that ppl know hes gay, especially from me, cuz i NEVER spread rumors...if i say something its true. but I didnt do anything wrong.....

no that should NOT be illegal. it would be inappropriate comments concerning what you saw that would get you in trouble as I said above. Keep your nose clean til this blows over and you will be fine bro.

you could also confront him about it and apologize to him for spreading the information. I would reframe from doing that until you are 100% positive that he knows you told people though. At least that way he will know that you are cool with him and all.

No-I wouldnt think just saying what you saw would be illegal BUT it may be in some way be a reason to cause you work related problems depending how far this all goes. Stuff like this can really get out of hand, and when it does, someone usually has to pay for it or be made an example of. Just my opinion though. Just ride it out man-thats all you can do.

I would not confront him. Just act like everything is normal-there is still a good chance your name isnt attached to the rumor. IMHO

yea...i guess ill just see what happens...but man did that shit spread quick...I work in a substation about 20 min. away from our headquarters/dispatch center and by the end of today....ppl from over there knew about it

true....he doesnt know that i saw him....but i think im the only one at busch gardens that sat. and he did see me there (along with my gf and her friend in bikinis, which i will post pics whenever i get them)
