I bought the mixed berry size-on today....just in taste alone that shit is a godsend. I was choking down lemon lime celltech
..it's just straight nasty. The size-on says to drink it before bed on non-lifting days...gonna try that tonight and hopefully i'm not up pissing all night.
I bought it at The Vitamin Shoppe for about $55 for the 2.84lbs jug...did I get ripped off? The Gaspari site sells theirs for $59 but I couldn't the weight for that one...the jug looks the same though.

I dont get why people are concerned over how much they can bench. How many things actually use your chest for work... work on your shoulders!

At the end of my chest workout-315 2X. I'm 5'8 170 pounds. At the gym I lift at, 315 is nothing special. Makes me sick. One guy lifts 405 several times for rear military press-total free weight, no spot, behind shoulders!!!

I kind of see what youre saying...functional strength and all. But the key is balance.
If a person is benching more than he can squat, theres an imbalance.
If a person's squat and deadlift have VERY different numbers, thers an imbalance.
If you can OH Press more than you can Bench, theres an imbalance.
Plus, most people can pull more than they can push.
For example, I can rep 130lb dumb bells during Dumbell Rows, but I am not so strong if I used the same DBs for a flat bench press.

Just wanted to say thanks for recommending the size-on stanger...it's awesome!! I've been using it for little over a month now and there's almost no bloating...unlike cell-tech where you puff up like a marshmellow. My recovery time is almost super human too...kinda freaks me out sometimes. I stopped taking nitro-tech for my protein and just started eating a lot of chicken and tuna...my body seems to like the "natural" protein better.

told you lol it really is that good lol creatine gluconates main benefit is no bloating. you get that cut, hard, lean look. strength increases, and the recovery is great. size on is the one product i've taken where i got more then i expected. it sounds like they pay me but i really am that impressed with their products. if something is shit ill say it. everyone thinks muscle-tech is the gold standard till they use their products and get ripped off, then they buy either gaspari or bsn and realize the mistake they made.

ohh yeah im still at 255 on the bench even though ive barely been to the gym the past three weeks.. but once i go back tom its time to start hitting it hard core again
