i was informed today by a fellow f body owner and aquaintance that this is true:

if you have a loud exhaust (not specific), you can pull up next to an evo an if you revv it high the evos ecu will freak because of the extreme sound and cause the car to become undrivable.

it's true; but you gotta have like open headers or a MR. Luos combination to do it. But basically the shock of the intense vibration messes with the Evo's computer and it shuts off the car.

that is impossible... these cars are made for rally... the bumps vibrations ect ect that they go through thecars would shut off with in the first 10 yards or racing... i don't buy it...
