solid roller ls1
does anyone know what is involved to put a solid roller in a ls1?

why would you want to?...cause it wouldnt be for durability...the only thing i can think is that your wanting to turn more than 7000 RPM right?

I hope your wanting to build a drag car.
Solid roller street cars are more maintanance than they're worth. You'll be constantly pulling valve covers and adjusting rockers. And the valvetrain is noisy anyways. But good luck.

By "solid roller", you mean solid lifter, right??
I imagine you're referring to the same thing with a different name...

Never really heard of it referred to as 'solid lifter' before, but it makes sense why.

I'm gonna assume its the same thing. But still, I think its impractical for a street car.
