The O2 Sensor Problem That Doesn't Go Away!!!
Ok, here's the deal. I've had O2 sims for quite ~2 years then I received a P0160 code (HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2). I moved the O2 sim to the other side and received a P0140 code (HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2). I figured this was the end of the problem so I bought a new O2 sim and replaced it on 6/12/06. A few weeks went by and now I have 3 codes P0154 (HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1), P0155 (HO2S Heater Performance Bank 2 Sensor 1), and P1153 (HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1). What is the deal? Could I have bought a bad O2 sim or is something else wrong here? I also did some research and think maybe I should get a tune. Will a tune fix this? I've posted my mods below.

Something else is going on - rear 02 SIMs, even if bad shouldn't affect Sensor 1 codes - right?

Did you reset the pcm when you instailed the new sim? If you get it tunned you can have the trouble codes deleted out, so yea thats one permanent way too fix it.
I would say you got a sour 02 sim.

The sim has nothing to do with your fronts. Those are common codes to have with LT's. The sensor is further downstream than the stock location. Why yours went so long before throwing the heater and switching codes is beyond me. I started throwing them almost immediately after my header install.

Is there any way to fix this? If I replace the front O2 sensor will it just keep happening? Is it bad if I leave the codes unresolved (ex. delete them out and not worry about them)?
