MS3 Installed :D
All the work was done by Simple Quick Racing in Benbrook. On final tune the car made 380/365. This is with the crappy ls1 intake. The black smoke you see is from the tune being adjusted to slightly rich to accomodate the new intake I'll be swapping soon. The car is also learning the tune. Idle is set to 1100 for 5seconds, then is set to fall to 900, to make the start easier on the car.

Cool man. Car sounds sick! What kind of mufflers are you running? I made the mistake of doing a cam swap and keeping the LS1 intake. So I cant wait to upgrade to the LS6 lol.

thanks, the feeling is quite different from stock, after 3500-4000rpm it kicks in like a turbo lol. This cam does not like cruising around town in low rpms. It behaves, but it still bucks slightly around 1500rpm if you aren't accelerating.
They need to change the name of this cam from the Magic Stick to the Vtek Stick

Yep, any decent cam will do that on decel or float when you run a manual trans. On throttle it goes away. You just get used to which gear you need to be in for any certain speed. I actually prefer a car to do that. As I slow down the car tells you it's time for the next lower gear
You also need some rear gears, that will help with the bucking a ton, because you won't be chugging it around much at 1500 rpms with a decent rear gear. Sounded to me it probably still has 3.42's in it.
Cam sounds great though, just like a performance car should sound.
