Clutch Hydraulics
I did a full clutch job a few months ago, GM slave and Tick Master cylinder. Everything was going ok until I noticed the pedal sticking near the top of the travel. Opened up the reservoir and it was about empty. Cant see any leaks inside or outside of the car. Any ideas? I have a bore scope but I think the head is too big to fit in were the slave port is. Would be nice to see the slave.

Ideas.....yes you have a leak. Gotta find out where. Not being a smartass, but yeah, there is a leak somewhere. Your clutch came back to normal operation after filling the resevoir? What type of clutch did you install, I just had my transmission rebuilt and a new LS7 clutch/flywheel/slave. I like the upgrade, and no issues with my clutch pedal since. I have an '02 GM clutch master cylinder, no drill mod (yet).

Thats a stumper, clean the shit out of the underside of the car, and keep a close eye on the fluid level. When you see it drop, check out the underside. If you can't see anything, it has to be the slave/slave-master connection.

fittings
The infamous blue fitting on the tick was moist. The fittings , blue and silver , were very tight, I went a little beyond for good luck. Seems that alot of people with tick master cylinders have this problem, wonder if its a bad design. So for now I am keeping my fingers crossed.

fittings
I looked on the net and found alot of people with the blue fitting leaking and/or tick master cylinder problems. I saw some stuff on youtube also. I think if I had to do it again I would go with the factory setup, it lasted a decade without problems.
ps I wish you lived closer with that anniversary camero, I am going to a large car show in a few weeks and it would be great to see one there.
