Start with the basics, a good tune from frost, headers, air lid, and some exhaust. Should put you around 330-340 at the wheels. Being a 01 you already have the ls6 intake

#1 question always asked is what is you budget?
#2 question always asked is - what direction are you wanting to go? DD, track, street, show, combo
Most likely answers you are going to get no matter what you answer above:
Sub-frame connectors
A4 - get a stall, but with no cam may not need or get any benefit
Headers - LT are best, mids and shorties = waste of money
ORY - if you get headers you will want this, I'm guessing you are in FL so no worries about emissions
CAT BACK exhaust or Magnaflow, if you want loud then SLP LM 1 muffler will wake the neighborhood
Tune - I highly recommend one from Frost, he's a sponsor and has one of the best mail order tunes you can get. Many of us here have had him done ours, myself included.
Anything else depends on your answers for 1 & 2.
You are lucky because you have a LS6 intake already so no need to go get one.

To add to what Scott stated, you had best plan on beefing up the drivetrain as well. Figure on replacing the torque arm, panhard bar, driveshaft, rear end, lower control arms and relocation brackets, shocks, ect., to get the best use out of your engine mods.

The 102 intake and TB will take all of that $1500 and leave nothing for a need tune and possible a bump in fuel injectors to support that intake.
Your still not answering one of my questions as to what direction you want to go and also "fully bolt on car" is a very subjective term. Heads and Cam fall under that category.
Best bet is SFC's at least. These cars flex even under stock power and cause wrinkles on the rear fenders just above the wheel wells.
Next suspension like Walt posted, I normally recommend the same stuff but waited to see what your direction/purpose was. If the car is going to be a DD or even a show car then I wouldn't recommend the suspension mods.
I've added my signature to show what mods I've done to help give you some idea.http://www.ls1.com/forums/f7/my-6-liter-build-174257/

Then your pretty much left with suspension upgrades and engine bay clean up mods like the wire hide mod, FRC's and stainless steel plating of things like the fuse box etc the Emblem Pros does. Also a SLP line lock is fun to have too. (I just installed one, tires are going to get expensive

Nice, I'd still do the wire hide mod.
As far as HP your stuck, because you already got a LS6 intake, headers and exhaust, only thing left is cam and heads. You might get 3-5 with an under drive pulley and another 3-5 with an electronic water pump but the WP cost around 600 and I've forgotten how much an under drive pulley cost.
Traction - the suspension mods we mention above will give you what you need.

a FAST intake without heads/cam would be a waste of money IMO.

why no stall? You can do everything on your list and a car that's stalled will put bus lengths on you at the track. By far the best bang for the buck in an auto car. I would do a stall and tune and call it a day. 5-7 tenths faster. I would definitely check the 102/102 off the list for now. Without a cam that's overkill. The ASP pulley is going to get you at most a couple horsepower. The tune you'll want to get no matter what you do as there are some real gains to be had there and it'll make the mods you have now work better for you. Stall and a tune.....final answer.

I will like to get the Fast 102m intake mainfold and Nick Williams 102m TB and a good dnyo tune. how much you think a 102m Fast Intake Mainfold gains are. i know they test the LS6 Engine from a 92m to a 102m and proof 11rwhp and 5rwtq. and then on a ls1 with headers and a ls6 intake 77m

what are you gonna spend on that intake and tb? You're gonna drop over a grand on the 2 and gain 1/10th if that. The gains just aren't there on a stock heads/cam car to justify the money.

It's a waste of money to put that intake and TB on your car unless you plan on doing heads and a cam at some point. I'm not quite sure why you are against a stall it's the best bang for the buck mod you can do on an A4. Unless you go really big with the stall your car will drive pretty much like it was stock.
