Those are 4.0" right on the money.
I was pleasantly surprised how well they filled out the rear bumper exhaust ports. Looks like it should have from the factory !
Everyone seems to say that the factory could't do this because of cost. I, personally, would pay the up charge even if it was the same price that I paid aftermarket. The factory exhaust didn't sound all that bad. It just looked like two toothpicks lost in space. IMO.

That's no easy job. I have an '02 with 11,000 miles and the underneath is like new except for the rear end and axle housings. Would appreciate your experiences and maybe a picture or two ? Sooner or later I've got to tackle it.

He just said that because all pictures posted in this thread should be in regards to the "Backside of your Bird." He wants to see more of the car and those pictures don't necessarily belong in this thread because they aren't of the backside.

i'll take some before,during,and after pics. No lift so i'll be doing this with the car on jack stands.

Just a Magnaflow 16723 Quad-tip exhaust for performance upgrade. Dark Charcoal Metallic "PONTIAC" insert to match the stock decals and my personalized plate that signifies "The Yellow and Black Attack". to spice up the appearance of the rear (like it needs it? pffft!)
