Those are 4.0" right on the money.
I was pleasantly surprised how well they filled out the rear bumper exhaust ports. Looks like it should have from the factory !
Everyone seems to say that the factory could't do this because of cost. I, personally, would pay the up charge even if it was the same price that I paid aftermarket. The factory exhaust didn't sound all that bad. It just looked like two toothpicks lost in space. IMO.
