I like the all the GT's personally. But posting a video of a brand new "pony" car (if you could even call it that) losing to another car with a shitty driver, rolling on a platform that's 12 years old, that doesn't even put down 225rwhp like it's impressive or something is pretty fucking weak.

My LQ1 felt something similar. Didn't do shit until 3900 then look out wasn't much to give a shit over. I mean it was omg balls to the wall brutal like you claim them to be

You're forgetting the L26 n/a engine... You see the 3.5 was the DOHC waste of metal availabe during the LSQ years. Since the LQ1 was phased out for emissions etc...

ZZP does those power numbers all day long on stock 3800s acually they hit that range at the wheels

How caqn you not compare 2 engines? So what if the engine's limit has been discovered? Could it be nobody ever cared since for years they were notorious for blowing intake gaskets head gaskets and spinning and or chucking rods?Btw just imagine the power and efficiency the Buick engine would have had they gone di with it?

By the way Smittro I've driven a new Camaro with a 6. It had long tubes high flow cats and a Borla cat back. It sounded like a fart in a tube and felt slower than an Iron Duke

If the GT needs a driver mod to beat a small displacement v6 in a 4 million pound car, then I say the mighty V8 GT in the video is ass..

Horse power and torque does'nt mean shit if you can't turn it or get it to the road..

Posting your opinion on whether a video is "weak" or whatever has nothing to do with thIS discussion..

Posts like this from folks whom don't even own an f-body or any Camaro @ all is what is truely weak..

Smitty my LQ1 went through a couple sets of intake gaskets in my ownership time like everyother 60* engine has. Many 60* engines have lost head gaskets and early ones are famous for spinning rods and or chucking them. Take your fucking blinders off and learn somethings. Maybe they've finally made them reliable I don't know nor ever plan to give them a chance after the headaches I had with mine. Read plenty of similar stories with other 60 owners so cram it if you got lucky.

What I said wasn't an opinion, it's a fact. Everyone knows the 2V GT's are dogshit slow when stock or close to it. You're just helping me prove my point even more here, the fact that the V6 5th gen in the video you posted couldn't put any distance on that GT is downright pitiful. Especially because of the fact that it's a brand new car rolling on a fresh and new platform. It really just shows how much of a turd that car truly is from a performance standpoint

Also, I'm an 18 year old, you're a grown man and you drive a teenaged girls "sports" car, if you can even call it that. So for that reason, I wouldn't be talking about anybody else's vehicle if I were you.
