another funny car guy is christopher titus...he would do ok i think....and also, i dont see anything wrong with this show being on the history channel, other than its not really the correct format for that channel...maybe spike or discovery would be ok too...i have basic cable, which means i dont get that bbc shit....so i aint hatin at all on this idea.

My friends like the show so much that when they come over they usually give me 5 dollars so they can buy two episodes off zune through the xbox. They have seasons 6-14.

The format is the main issue. I've gotta think of an analogy here....... um....... It would be like putting a serious news show on Fox News of CNN. Sorry, that was inaccurate. That would be like showing serious news on any news channel, right or wrong, I mean left, I mean, damnit.
Stopping the political jokes now for real. It would be like putting show about Democracy on the Chinese national television network. Ok, I cant avoid the political jokes so there it is.
Lol, that's awesome. I find them online.......... for free

top gear on history = lame

2010 Nissan Sentra SR dd- 2001 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
Okay, so Top Gear (U.S.) will premier November 21 on the History Channel and will be hosted by comedian Adam Ferrara, professional racecar driver Tanner Foust, and NASCAR journalist Rutlege Wood. Apparently Adam Ferrara was in the King of Queens, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Ugly Betty, and Resue Me. Tanner Foust hosted Supercars Exposed on SPEED and co-hosted Battle of the Supercars(which is crappy show), also on SPEED. And Rutledge Wood who does alot of NASCAR stuff on SPEED channel, including the NASCAR themed trivia game show, NASCAR Smarts.
The show is supposed to have the same layout as the British version but with a few tweaks. The main concern about the show is sponsorship and commercials. The U.K. version of the showed is aired on BBC, which is a publicly funded network, so they hosts can insulst the cars and the manufactureres as much as they want and not fear losing sponsors. That's one of the things that makes Top Gear what is; the brutal honesty. In the U.S., the show will air on cable tv and will have many commercial sponsors. The concern is that the U.S. Top Gear will not have the same personality because it will have to be toned down so that it doesn't lose sponsors who would get offended by comments made on the show.
We'll see what happens on November 21.

Jezzers, Dick and Jim are what make the show so great. That motor home episode had me in tears.
