    -Big bowl of fruit loops
    -2 bacon and egg sandwiches
    -2 poptarts
    Snack:
    -2 mountain dews
    -half box of ritz crackers
    -2 more poptarts
    Lunch:
    -10ish cajun wings
-Bigass tub of popcorn (went to the cinema)
    -Over a liter of coca-cola
    Snack:
    -Some more mountain dews
-10 or so chips ahoy cookies
    -some left over fajitas
    Dinner:
    -Beef/potato/veggie stew with rice
-A second portion of the above
    -apple & cherry pie
    -ice cream
    -a beer
I could probably do the same thing. One night for dinnner I had a 5 pound bag of Laffy Taffy and like 3 cokes. I haven't done that for awhile and I'm not willing to test my metabolism now since I've worked so hard on the cut(8-9% body fat). If my metabolism has slowed, I think that would kill me and I'd put on weight like nobody's business....but I'm 21 so who knows.

    Alright.
Got back on the elliptical today.

Weight is at 199 pounds. Wanting to knock about 15-18 off that in the coming weeks. Then start back up with some weights.

Sodas don't do it for me. I've never really cared for them but other sweets, especially chocolate, tend to be my weakness.

10 piece Nugget, fries and coke for breakfast.

3/4 of a slab of the Little Caesar cheese bread(the stuff you make yourself). This thing is huge, and covered in what seems to me, a whole stick of butter. Right up my alley.

Full paper plate of spaghetti. Amount of cheese in unknown. Alot.

Cheese burger and fries at the bowling alley

Another full plate of spaghetti when I got back home from bowling. Finished off the bag of cheese. Amount unknown. Was alot.

    3 Pepsi's (Damn Yankee here)

4 peanut butter girl scout cookies

    2 Ritz crackers (wtf?)

    4 Budweiser's

    Feels good man.
