if that was me I would have my wife try and get some naked pics of him sent to her... that way then you could show your mom what the fuck he is doing and then pass the pics around for everyone in the world to see... print a bunch of them off and leave them on the vechiles at his work.... to me it wouldn't be worth going to jail or getting busted down for something stupid..... hit him were it will really hurt... your mom and embrass him as much as you can...

Confront him ASAP. Not only does your wife need to be very clear and direct with him, but he also needs to hear it from you. He needs to know that you and your wife are close enough that there are no secrets, and that if someone tries to "sneak in on the side" that both of you are going to stand up to protect your family. Your wife may tell him to stop, but she may sugar coat it, so I think he needs to hear it from you as well. If he knows she's told you, and you go straightway to him, he'll know she's serious about not liking it. It's the same if anyone else came around and tried to destroy your family for any reason, you'd step up and end the threat.
