Or OP you could always buy that one, build you a motor and slap a turbo on it. That or a S/C is really the only way to get power out of those motors.

I wish I could have found that before coming over here! It would save me on insurance and I would have just pullied the hell out of the Eaton and sprayed it or found a good deal on a Whipple/KB to swap with. Hell it would pull in 2-3 times that amount in re-sale here even after you drive it for 2 years! Ha ha ha!

Yea, I mean if I do get it, i'm not gonna spend the money to make it really fast until I graduate a college. They are expensive cars to mod for sure. For a while i'll just be ridin around with bolt on's and it'll just look good. I mean, I just want a fun daily driver. Not looking for a 10 sec. car at the moment. Just something cool, that can handle ricers, and can go on the back roads and rip shit up, just a overall fun car.

Thanks, but no thanks. The cobra is one of my favorite cars out there. When I do get my real one it's gonna be a low mileage, mint condition, authentic Mustang SVT Cobra

Theres no way i'd spend my money on a make believe cobra. Good suggestion though, but thats just not my style.

I wish that I would have bought that one instead of the real one I did. THen my insurance would be cheaper, I would have no payment, and I would not feel bad about modding the ever living shit out of it! Oh and I would sell it over here for a lot when it is time to leave!

Are you talking about the farm truck? Because even with that you might not beat stock LS1s. And Trickflow heads? You have money for that? after all the parts you've said have been added on, you might as well go buy a decent LS1 fbody. I hear my friend bitch all the time how they don't have any affordable and well flowing heads for the 2v engines. I guess they might be putting out a FoMoCo set that flows as good as our LS1 heads, but still, they'll cost you.

I mean, i can understand why you can call the 2v a piece of shit in a way, but not really for my case. I mean just like I said, I want a fun dd. I'm not gonna have a 10 sec. car right now, and if I was it sure as hell wouldn't be a mustang gt. Just want something thats fun and affordable, You cannot get an LS1 F-body for that price or even close to it, thats why i'm lookin at gt's and i had my mind set on a LS1 F-body for a while but, things change.
