PCM BATT and PCM IGN fuses are in the engine compartment fuse boxes. If you can't read the labels anymore there's a diagram in the owners manual.

PCM Reset
Turn key on, don't start car
Pull PCM BATT and PCM IGN fuses in engine compartment
Wait 5-10 minutes
Turn key off
Replace fuses
This will reset the PCM and all codes, readiness tests, and idle will be erratic until it relearns. Some codes set the SES immediately, some take a couple ignition cycles. So you may be doing it correctly and getting codes right back. The fuses you want to pull are not inside the car, there's one in each fuse box under the hood.
