2009 Z06 or 2009 Viper Roadster

Saw 3 Vipers today just running to Target. And they weren't together.
Saw no LS7 Z06's.


Granted, I wouldn't buy a car based on which one I see less often.

I hardly ever get to see a Viper. But, So Cal is silly with Vette's

well yea, a modified vette gets my attention too, I'm just sayin, stock (which most vette's around here are). If you get the viper SNK BIT would be a good tag.

I'd be making alot more money if I was but unfortunately I'm a Tech at a chevy dealership with a dodge dealership next door. That's why I've been in so many of both.

there's not much of a better car made than the Corvette. especially with the price/power ratio. it's an amazing car. well built, you're not afraid of breaking it, and parts are readily available for it. i remember when GMHTP had the Z06 vs F430 vs Lambo. good article.

But i rarely see a Viper. i admit my favorite supercar is the Ford GT, but the viper is aesthetically better than the Z06. i'd like to drive a true coupe/roadster of a car. 2 seats...that's it. kind of like the solstice/sky/gt is.

Both those versions were never actually released by Ford, but are awesome. THe moddability of the GT's engine is amazing.

I rode in 2 different GT's, one white with blue stripe, and a grey with like a light silver stripe. 1st gear does 60 mph, 2nd 95, 3rd 125. You feel like you are about a centimeter off the ground and can take any corner. The other awesome part is that you can roll on in first, and dead hook 2nd gear unless you are actually trying to smoke the tires. One of few cars i've ever been in that turned me into jello lol

I just like things like the brakes (FAR superior brakes I do believe), niece leather wrapped interior (option on the ZR1, but I do love the GT interior), all the carbon fiber (I LOVE carbon fiber), I think the rims are nicer looking, I like the clear panel in the hood, etc. Just bunch of little things I like about it.

so jealous...i don't know of another person who has a collection like him, who knows so much about his vehicles, and has a private crew to work on them....even steam engine cars. crazy.

The entire center console of the ford gt is magnesium, the seats are carbon fiber. the clamshell hood has a window right above the engine. yes the zr1 brakes are better

viper no doubt about it.. vette's are everywhere, I rarely turn my head when I see a vette, but a viper always gets the stares.

I think that is one of the dumbest reasons to buy a car. Then again I drve a Grand Prix
