I am running 10 psi. I would say it hits full boost by 3500 rpm, and it doesnt take it long to get there.

no doubt supercharger. its just an american thing to see, turbos are for jap cars that lag.

i don't mind turbos if done right, but those sts things are junk in my opinion. you can get just as much out of a head cam swap. the whole point of a turbo is the insane power you can make if you set it up correctly. i'd rather have a blower though!!

The reason turbos lag on jap cars is because they use small 4 cylinder engines with large turbos to try and make power, which is pointless. Results in terrible power and torque curves and gutless power in the lower RPM's, before the turbo spools up.
A V8 like an LSx with properly sized twins will exhibit very little lag if any at all. The engine is still powerful when you've not in boost, and it has enough cubes to spool the turbos almost instantly when you stomp on the pedal. Best of both worlds.
