    Agreed. I did the Edwin workout on tuesday. Killed the back, but the chest feels good.

    I need to go when he does legs and abs. I try not to mess with the arms much, just keep them toned... I intimdate guys enough I dont need to have bigger arms than them too.

    Speaking of working out, ive just got one more day on my strength program then I have to go into lean mode consists of basically starving yourself of carbs and drinking atleast a gallon of water a day and 4 2 hour workouts per week. Gonna be a biotch
