I got samples of Syntha-6 in a box of N.O.-xplode, a few of each flavor. You're right, Strawberry is definately the best, which is weird because I don't like normal strawberry milkshakes or ice cream or stuff like that, but damn that stuff tasted good. Vanilla and chocolate were awesome as well.

However... Moccochio (Or whatever the hell that Satan shit was called) gave me a stomach ache which was almost as bad as what it actually tasted like I'm not sure, but I think it's supposed to be a coffee flavor... Now I don't like coffee but damn that was far from coffee... going waaaayyy downhill... deeeep into the septic tank.

I'm not really working on bench anymore...I still do it, but it's not that important at all to me.

I'm starting a jump program. I nearly dunked it today without any exercises being done. Hehe I'll be dunking on all the brothers and other wannabe ballers here pretty soon.

for some reason though... people think if they do bench.. then they will get stronger in it.. but if you do other supporting things... flys, curles, biceps, triceps and stuff you will double your gain....

just like modding cars... you have to balance your intake and outtake.. cant do a huge cam w/o a stall.. and so on..

Double your gain? I doubt it.

If you want a certain lift to get better, you do it more often.

Working on other extensions of the upper body can and will be useful, especially if certain times of the actual bench lift are lagging.

shoulders and triceps are the most important SUPPORT muscles for benching, your biceps really have nothing to do with it, its the whole "push/pull"

Put up 275 twice yesterday. I was pretty proud. It was on my 4th set right after doin 225 6 times. I weigh about 182 and am 6'2. By the time i head off for college in august i wanna be about 200 or so, trying for more.

basballny, i used to be and still am exactly like you. My metabolism is so freakin fast. i eat so much food its crazy. Im full for like no more than an hour. The only weight i gain is through muscle. Just keep liftin and you'll out on weight. I started maybe a year and half ago at about 155.
