Quick Header Question.
Just bought some Pacesetters and a Vinci tuner last night. My question is do I even need to mess with the O2 extensions and the back O2 sensors or can I just tune them out?

The 02 extensions will be needed to connect the front two sensors. Although you will not have use for the rear 02's since they tell the computer that your cats are working.
You can tune out the rear 02's with no issues but you do need to keep your front two intact and operational.

Personaly i wouldnt reccomend anyone use those Bs extension deals that pacesetter sends out. Some people have luck and some dont.
I would pick up some pre-made extensions, from one of our sponsers and do it the right way. Also dont use there paper gaskets, use the gm metal ones.

I'm gonna take my manifolds off before the headers get here and check out my stock gaskets 1st if they're ok I'll reuse them.
With all the money I just spent I think I'll try the supplied extensions 1st, if they don't work I can always get some new ones.
Thanks again.

take my advice, dont reuse the header gaskets, they might work and might not, why take the chance on reduing all that, spend the $40. the vinci tuner will not clear rear o2's. just get the sims.
ps. the vinci tuner is a handheld tuner that has 7 preset tunes for your engine. kinda like a hypertech but LOADS better

Another option instead of o2 extensions is the corvette 02's they have a longer pigtail and do not need an extension. Chances are real good that you will have to replace them anyway, mine threw a code for slow switching.
