Thanks man, this is actually the first car that I straight up own. I'm graduating college in May, so this is my graduation present to myself. But I've had my eye on these cars for a couple years now. Just had to wait till the price was right.
Originally my plan was to hold off registration and insurance till May...but after driving it for literally 2 minutes, there's NO way I can do that. So I'll be going home this weekend to stretch her legs. Can't wait!

Ha, sounds like me, i told myself i would just go put it up for the winter after i bought it and not plate it til spring, haha then i drove it home from where i got it, i was getting plates the next day lol

I like the black berger panel also. Not to big on the tan top..... But its not my car, I dont have to.

Yes I sometimes wonder about the tan top myself, but that is a factory color on the car, so I left it. I just finished installing the BMR weld in subframe connectors, an TCI 3200 streetfighter convertor, ported & polished throttlebody, lid with homemade ram air, and custom tuned computer. I drove it for the first time a minute ago, and all I can say is that it is a different car. WOW.

I did alot to my car this summer and its a monster. I did a converter first (Vig 3800) 3.73's and a tune...... Big difference. Then I did a HPE S-cam and a set of AFR heads...... HOLY SHIT..... BIG DIFFERENCE. and another tune... And last I had to replace the tranny. So I Put a FAST 90 intake with a Nick Williams TB. & Big injectors..... Its a real monster now. I have my eyes peeld on a LSX 454 shortblock for the new year...... I'll see what happens nex.

Any Dyno numbers or real world track times on your combo. I think my next step is the 78 mm fast intake, then cam, and lastly heads.

My car did 419 on motor and 503 on the bottle. (100 shot) Its tuned safely as a dd. It has a real big cam in it so it had to be tuned rich for the street. I took it to the track last month for the LS1 meting and it ran 12.03 at 99mph on motor and blew the tranny (slipping). I then made a nitrous pass and it went 12.2x at 113. I have not ran it since then. It will probably go back in Jan.
