From what I have heard from everyone else don't worry about the MAF and throttle body. Everything else looks good. You might consider and Cold air kit and a pulley. Not to mention some of the supporting mods like suspension and possibly beefing up the drivetrain (maybe a stall as well if you have an A4).

Don't forget to find a tune. That should really help wake up all of those bolt ons. You might want to start looking into something like a cam soonish.

+1 about the MAF. Stock can handle 500HP. Might look into getting some sub-frame connectors.

+2 about the MAF...actually good until about 550HP, same goes for the throttle body.

Like said above, leave the maf and tb alone until your upwards of 500 hp to the wheels, 550hp and above. Dont waste your time on the Stat unless you plan on changing your fan settings.
Whats your budget looking like?
Lt's, Ory, Catback
Ls6 intake, Suspension?
Whats your ultimate goal?
J2001 SS, Its not the car its the Driver that matters....

++++ on the maf unless you want lean code faults all the time.
