A blower. But the problem with that is you WILL want more boost...and eventually pop a ringland or two.
Or heads/cam.
Neither is as cheap as nitrous.

That would be nice to have a bottle in there
How much does the kit cost?
Is it hard to install?

Install will take a day.
Good kit should run at least $1000. That will include all safety equipment.

Just something my dad taught me is you have these four choices pick 3 of them.
1.Fast
2.Reliable
3.Cheap
4.Expensive

Is it hard o install?
I seen videos of cars that the intake blows up cuz the nitrous. Is it cuz it's not install properly?

Nitrous comes in different ways for our cars. You can go with different setups. I have no clue what is good/better/best but what Im getting at is make sure you buy something once and not twice!
Example:
Lets say you buy a plate kit nitrous setup.
Now you buy a bigger intake.
Now you need a bigger plate setup.
just food for thought.

I don't view the nitrous as a cheap way to go. Sure you can half ass it and throw a dry kit on there, play around and hope for the best. Might be cheap (for a while
), but not very smart.
I prefer a wet system, and generally they need fuel system upgrades for them to work efficiently.
I wouldn't trust the stock in tank pump for starters. If you do it, then do it right. By the time you purchase a bottle warmer, remote bottle opener, a timing retard setup etc....you can be into these setups pretty deep.
Then there is always the hassle of filling the bottles all the time. And finding places to fill is getting harder and harder.
For a power adder I personally vote for a blower of some form. Keep the boost mild so it will live and it will make your HP goals all day long. This to will need fuel system upgrades, it's not cheap either.
Frankly I don't view anything in the hotrod world cheap. If you want to go fast and do it reliably, it's going to cost $$$
