3 channel has the reluctor in the pumpkin..... 4 channel has the reluctors on the axles. What I'm not sure of is if the reluctors being on the axles will effect how it fits out there. I'm not sure if the backing plates are different or not. I want to say they're different but I'm not positive. Hopefully someone that knows 100% for sure will chime in.

ok are you saying its not tcs, rather 2 front wheels and 1 rear axle, as opposed to 2 front and 2 rear wheels? at least i know that you can tell by looking at it. [ i forgot to ask that] or is the abs sensing moved out to the wheels with tcs when equiped with it. maybe im making this more difficult than it is.

The abs with TCS equiped cars is monitored by the two wheel speed sensors mounted to the backing plates on the rear axles. Non TCS cars the ABS is monitored by the single sensor mounted to the pumpkin. The two systems as far as I know are not interchangable unless you swap BCMs as well.

Fitment will be the same as far as the axel goes and you may have to redo your brake lines but I am not certain on that if the rear brakes on a non TSC car have a shared line or independent lines.
You will lose all your ABS, which isn't bad thing as having only from ABS can be more dangerous.
