Red- 98 Formula /93 Z28
IAT sensor ?
Hey guys when I installed by lid like an ass I broke the little plastic guard off the front of the IAT sensor. I out it back and seem to have no problems. Will it affect anything? Should I order a new one?

Probably OK if it's not throwing a code - they're relatively cheap - GM PN is 12160244, around $20 list??? Cheaper from a sponsor.

my friend did the same thing when he installed his lid and it was fine. And its been almost a year. so you should be fine too.
