This all sounds interesting, but color me skeptical. I would like to hear what real data you have that shows this offers any real benifet other than the standard "it idles smoother" or gas mileage improvements. Both those items are subjective, and everyone knows that gas mileage is not a proven measure since there are way too many factors that influence it (air temp, wind speed, road surface, tire pressure, driver habits, barometric pressure, vehicle loading, air cond use, etc etc etc) and most owners don't measure it consistently.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it doesn't help, but I would like to see some real data that shows it does what you say.
