Sent you a visitor msg. as apparently you can't receive pm's? As for fit, I'm not certain although I'd think you may need a rear spacer......I can tell you that the bolt pattern is the same as yours. You almost have to play around with spacers with the larger wheels.

i have some 1/2 inch wheel spacers if needed.

245/40/18 Front tires, 285/35/19 Rear tires. I believe a 1/2" spacer would be correct..........
