Who Eats Breakfast for Dinner?
Every Monday night I look forward to having breakfast for dinner. Usually we have scrambled eggs, hashbrowns (actually cut up whole potatos and fry them up in seasoning, not the microwave BS), and bake up some biscuits and simmer a pot of gravy.
It's some of the best eating there is IMO.
The Hashbrowns thread got me curious.

I could really go for some biscuits and gravy and some corned beef hash right now, I havent had a good breakfast in months. Breakfast is served right in the middle of my sleep time with my schedule and it sucks anyways..

Brinner (breakfast + dinner = brinner) kicks all kinds of ass. If my wife would let me, we'd have 'breakfast' food 24/7
