Wish I at least used Poly mounts with my H&C swap, motor shakes like a mother.
I had solids in my old nova and really liked them. you can really feel the torque of the motor.

pro=less loss of power dew to drive tran twist.
con=it puts more stress on the rest of the car
pu=racing
in my .02 its not worth it on a street car just go with the poly's and call it a day

Solids on a street car? I wouldnt do it. Poly if anything. I have poly trans mount.

Go with Poly mounts.
Solids really have no business on a street car, its just overkill.
