Sending messages

I can't figure out how to send messages to members while viewing their profile. I click the "send message" button, it takes me to the bottom of the page, but then it won't let me do anything except send a message via email. Any tips? Thanks!!

I guess what I'm trying to do is send a message directly to their page. I don't know if that's called a pm or if pm is something completely different.

A PM is something different. A private message.

I wasn't able to comment on anyones page until I reached a certain amount of posts I think. Not sure. The option just wasn't there like you're saying. Then, out of the blue one day it let me and now I can ???

Just a guess. I'm sure someone will pop in and give an explanation to you. Just keep checking your page and see if the message box will let you

Yeah, I got your Visitor Message, but still can't figure out how to send one back. That's ok, I'll figure it out eventually. Thanks for the help, though. I like your dachshund. We have two, both red.

I have raised Dachshunds for over 15 years. I have 8 of them
