Holy Balls!!!
I witnessed a MASSIVE apartment fire today!!! I was working in Conshohocken, Pa doing an install at an apartment...I finish, take my utility room keys back to the office, and I notice smoke pouring out of a building under construction about 50 ft from the building I was just in!!! Fire trucks were already there, so I didn't really think much. The wind picked up and turned this thing into a raging inferno!!! I have a hell of a lot of pics on my cell but I can't get them to upload to my email
Anyway, it ended up engulphing the 2 buildings under construction, then jumped to 2 other building with people living in them, and they are pretty much burned to all hell. Fire is still not under control...
I tried to leave but police and fire had all the streets blocked off and wouldn't let anyone leave, so I was camped out in a parking lot right next to the complex for 3 1/2 hours...on the clock. Finally had to walk out and have a coworker pick me up. One of the craziest things I've ever witnessed!

duuuuuude!!! i was having a beer at my bar and said "$20.00 says teh condos go up in 10 ionutes or less..." no one took my offer!!! i would have made some sweet cash... then i started to think... "i wonder how many pets are in there... how many helpless animals that can't get out and will die painfully"... that is when i went home...

Dude, it was nuts! Talk about an adrenaline rush!!! That place is ALL...yes ALL wood. No concrete fire stops, nothing. And to think, the highlight of my day before this was falling out of the shower this morning Originally Posted by Spaz
