    Torq Thrust 17x9.5 and 17x11

What's the difference between the Torq Thrust 17x9.5 and the 17x11...On American Racing website, it says that the 17x11 are for rear only..Why are they for the rear only? I have 275/40ZR17 tires, what size should I get? So are the 17x9.5 for the front or can I get the 17x11 on all four tires?

17x11 up front and you could quite easily be rubbing on something with the tire and/or wheel. i saw a guy who had 17x11 on the year of his '02 WS6 and he STILL had to make room. there's a reason they are REAR ONLY. if you were to go with the 17x11, you would have to put 315/35/17 to match the overall diameter, sidewall height, radius, and circumference of the 275/40/17. i wouldn't recommend putting 17x11 all the way around.

17x11 wheels will fit BETTER on the front than the rear.

well, i think it is made in a slightly different offset, so they could give it a dish for the rear. i dunno, i figured they may pose a problem up front, but if not, then....try it? but i still wouldn't go that wide if it were my car. JMO.
