The best way is to join a (free) hosting site load pics and copy and paste the BB code.

Try http://photobucket.com/ or something similar....

you need to use " [IMG] " in front of the link... and then at the end of the link the same thing but you need "/" between the "[" and "I"...

there should be an IMG box in photobucket... just click inside the box and it automatically copies the code you need and then just press CRTL and V at the same time to paste it...

Spaz has it right you can use the code supplied in 'bucket or do what he says:

add----> [img] http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q..._spaz/poop.jpg [/im*g]<-----add with no * (star) of course...
