black- 1999 camaro convertible
change out rear speakers
i am trying to change out my rear speakers in my 1999 z28 convertible. i cant get the rear panel off. cany anyone help me with this? there is a large bolt that the seat attaches to that i cant get off. it looks like it needs some sor tof star drive or something. Any thoughts?

always dirty- 2013 Ram 2014 Caddy ATS
it is a torx drive. I think it is a t50. should be able to get at any parts or tool store.
