I was reading an article on our cars and found something out that made me love my car even more , if that were possible.I found out that our cars came with electrodeposition primer on the cars frame to resist corrosion

just remember that is to resist, I have a little on the under side of my 98. The wire wheel took care of it though

most GM vehicles have had that since the early 90s. Electrodeposition is a fancy way of saying electro static painting. Same principle as powder coating but using paint instead.
