A few mods (LID/Cutout?)

Well, my WS6 has remained stock for a good while and I am wanting to mod. My planned mods are:

MTI Lid + Electronic Cutout from QTP, or a TSP rumbler (I have stock exhaust so-far, would this be obnoxious behind factory manifolds and Y-pipe? What about drone at 17-1900rpm that I cruise at?)

Questions: Does the MTI lid have straight or slanted tabs at the rear? My SLP lid had slanted tabs and never sealed. It is just mothballed now as I won't run it on my car.

The QTP cutout, is it worth it? How do you hook up the wiring? Will it sound good, or like arse with a fully stock exhaust otherwise?

How much hp should I gain from these two mods?
