Name that Actor Game

saw this on another forum and it's kinda fun.

a person provides clues about an actor/actress that are either factual in their real life or about characters they've played or shows/movies they've been in.

rules are simple...

you can only use an individual once and they must still be alive. if people are having trouble guessing provide an additional clue or two.

i'll start...

i've acted extensively in movies and television. i played a ruthless and cunning, yet heroic, crew memeber in a futuristic sci-fi series which eventually became a movie. i have also played a firefighter and the father of a serial killer.

i'm gonna take a wild guess at Picard? fuck I dont know the actors real name though. i suck at this one lol

Your thinking of Patrick Stewart who played Jean-Luc Picard in STTNG.

Although I don't know which character the OP is looking for I'm pretty sure this is NOT who he is looking for.

not kurt russell.

he's definitely not an A list celeb. he has had many many cameos, guest roles, and short lived supporting roles in television from the x-files to angel.
