red with black stripes- 2002 Trans Am WS6
i would say harder pushrods, stronger springs, better oil pump, and better timing chain
if it is auto: high stall convertor
that is all i can think of right now

A set of ported heads and exhaust if you don't have it would make it run pretty good with that cam, along with what stephen02ws6 said.

Springs, retainers, and hardened pushrods are an absolute must. A stronger timing chain and a ported oil pump are optional.

So springs, retainers, and hardened pushrods are the only things im gonna need if i put this cam in there?? nothing else should brake or give me problems anytime soon???

Why not just get new seats, seals, locks, retainers? Just save up a bit. I know it cost more, but ur gonna have it apart anyway, and you dont have to worry about breaking anything next time u slam the gas.

I agree with Stephen02ws6, minimal things u will need. However if memory serves me right, you have a M6 so you are good to go there. with I do believe stock 3.42 gears.
Maybe I just had bad luck but I didn't opt for the ported LS6 oil pump I kept the stock oil pump in and a year later well it took a shiat, had to go back in and replace with a better oil pump. Not saying this will happen, but like everything else, it could...

Pushrods, springs, are a must and the minimum.
Hardened seats and lighter retainers I would highly recommend due to increased seat pressures
Valve seals, better timing chain, and oil pump I would also recommend as they are prone to failure anyway and the added stress will only add to that, plus you will have to have these items off anyway to change the cam might as well do it then.
