those codes are for Bank 1 And bank 2 running lean. Did you use the correct 02 sensors? Break any vacum lines? Was the problem there befor you changed the plugs and sensors? wires tight? What were the plugs gapped at?
mods? Also check your fuel pressure, pump may be going south on ya

Codes are system too lean bank 1 and 2. Check for vacuum leaks (hoses left off or broken). Check fuel pressure.

did you break a plug when you installed it?

i used bosch o2 from autozone and it looks like a vacum line coming out of the header on the passenger side is split a bit where the clamp goes right on the header. i gapped the plugs at .044. the same codes were there and some more specifically stating defective sensors. which is why i changed the front ones. but the 2 codes that still exist show the maf from the paper i got from autozone. slp lt headers, slp lm1 exhaust, slp lid, slp smooth bellow, slp CAI, K&N air filter, SLP MAF.

no broken plugs either but i just noticed the vacum line on the drivers and passengers side are split at the clamp the attaches it to the headers

I think you're talking about the a.i.r. system hoses right? They hook up to the ports in the headers? If that's the case and they're leaking that's where your codes are coming from most likely.

is the ses light supposed to shut off or am i supposed to delete it to see if it comes up again. i changed the hoses on both sides and it seems to be running the same no backfires but it shakes a bit when im stopped for about 30 seconds or more. sometimes it will delay the throttle and not start moving for a sec. this has only happened 2 times since i bought it but it will shut off while idlin for a while

Those are all secondary air codes - first thing I'd check is the AIR PUMP fuse if stock. Maybe secondary air was deleted? You can look them up individually for your year at gearchatter.com. Welcome to the board.
