FS: 1999 Trans Am Firehawk, M6

I post on behalf of myself AND my dad. I drive and maintain the car, but since I have yet to pay it off to him the title is still with him/in his name.

It's in very good to excellent condition, with 98,000 miles on it. The windows were tinted 35%, three years ago. The orginal Hurst shift knob has been changed to an SLP embossed knob. The Avon tires have about 25% tread remaining. There are a few small stone pits on the front portions. The interior is excellent with the exception of one crack in each door panel (at the spot where they all seem to crack eventually), and a crack in the pad by the radio. The inside of the wheels had started to corrode when I got the car, so I cleaned them up and painted those surfaces with silver paint to keep the corrosion from spreading. It looks nice and seems to have worked. The chrome that you really see, still looks good.

In the three years I've owned the car, it's had a water pump, a fuel pump, and a year ago, a new OEM LS6 clutch assy and clutch slave unit. The old clutch was still OK, but the slave unit was starting to stick and fail, so while I had it apart, I put everything new in.

The car hasn't been down the track since we got it, and has been a daily driver only. Used to commute between school and/or work.

Also, the Blackwing air lid will not be included in the sale (though it will be available for purchase seperately) And, also, there are a second set of new Firehawk floormats available for purchase as well (these were purchased as spares, and match the current ones, which match the interior)

trade for a 93 typhoon? 0 rust and new paint, cladding is half on been to busy to finish installing that got a fresh coat of paint as well. all stock.

Hey Justin, Thats cool we have the same name! I tried talking with my friend, but for some reason he wants to get a 2007 Grand Prix. I am still gonna convince him to get your fathers car, plus I have another friend that's looking for a clean T/A, I'll keep you posted, and man, If I had the $$$$ It would be in my garage this very min!

I can't blame your friend for wanting an 07 GP though... at least so long as he's pursuing the GXP... I could certainly stand to be in the driver's seat of a 4 door sedan with more power than a mustang, and some 'go' in the snow.
