Its depends on the condition of the motor. Personaly i would spray, Its a blast, also if something should happen to break or give out that just means you have to buy bigger and better parts, It justify's spending the extra dough...
2001 SS, Its not the car its the Driver that matters....

Silver- 2000 Camaro SS
I bought my SS with 110,000 miles. It was bone stock when I got it. I put 4.11 gears in it and installed a nitrous kit and ran an 11.73 @ 116 mph in 2005. Best for 2006 was an 11.36. It now has 125,000 miles with many more mods including a built tranny, cam, and more spray to be looking for 10.50's in 2008.

that helps a lot guys. I bought Mine at 72,000 and have cared for it maticulously. Oil changes every 3,000(sometimes sooner depending on how i'd been driving, tranny checks and fluid checks, tune ups and so forth.
The Motor runs excelent! Who ever said that domestic produced cars don't last as long or run as well as imports probably never changed their damn oil, (probably don't even know what the oil actually does).
I have never had a problem with my T/A, and i don't plan too. Big mods are in the future, so i'm just trying to get a heads up before i do e'm.
How much were you guys spraying?
