I just bought a 00 WS6 A4 with 45k and I paid $14k for it and I had to buy tires and brakes for it. The car was stock when I bought it. I looked at a lot of WS6s before I bought this one and it was hard to find a clean, well taken care of one. If its in good shape I think it is worth the money.

Black- 2000 WS6
it is the rear tires that needs replacing....if it needed an alignment that wouldnt be a problem...Im a technician...its one of the tool guys cars...he says he will sell it every year during the winter and doesnt want to sell it during the spring. He bought Yokohama tires for it and hated them so he did a smokeshow with them and was going to put new tires on it but I told him I would buy it so he held off...
Thanks everyone for the input...I will let everyone know how the deal goes and will post pics up hopefuly soon!

I don't know,,,,I think the price could be much better. I just bought my 02 SS convertable a year ago, 1 of only 59 made and snagged it for $15,000 and it only had 40,000 miles on it. 55 year old lady bought it new.
Your talking a 8 year old WS6 thats a T-top car,,,,the most common variant of the WS6,,,,with 70,000 miles and it's been tinkered with and beat on quite a bit,,,,,I don't think I would pay $14,900 for that when I got what I have for the same price.
It really depends if your happy with the purchase or not and if he comes down far enough to make you happy. But I have seen better deals out there recently. If you are willing to travel a few hundred miles it would really open the door for you, and give you many more options.

T/As hold there value better then Z28s......I could have bought a Z for several thousand dollars less, but I wanted a black on black WS6.

Thats only in the eye of the beholder,,,,we are not talking about T/A's and Z/28's though,,,,,they are in a different league,,,a WS6 or an SS will always bring more money,,,,and SLP options only drive that up.
Mine on the other hand is a convertable to boot,,,,and loaded with SLP goodies. These will bring more money than a T-top car in most cases,,,especially the one listed with 70,XXX miles that is 2 years older,,,regardless of it's brand name.
I was looking at WS6's as well when I stumbled on the SS,,,(I am not partial to either or),,,and I can honestly say I found many that were priced very comparable to what I mentioned.
Like I said,,,if you shop around and are willing to drive some distance you will find many priced at or under $15,000 with less mileage to boot. A WS6 T-top is the most common variant of all the WS6's made,,,,as a result they should be the cheapest of the WS6's,,the hunt should turn up quite a few choices. Cheers.
