i understand 16 year old girls are mothering children and there are some who do so at an even younger age.

yet, how can a mother raise one daughter to be an absolute shame of society and not learn from her mistakes in parenting to prevent her 16 year old daughter from having a child at such an early age?

are we failing as a society? or is it just a select group of individuals who are casting the shadow of shame upon us?

i hope i never fail in such a grand fashion as a parent. although, this child of Jamie Spears may grow to be a pillar of her community, perhaps the world.
