Probably just ditch weed that someone pulled out of their back yard and didnt want to take to the dump. we had acres of it growin on our place when we bought it.

I am pretty sure this ditch weed stuff your talking about was growing at my parents old house in texas. When they cleared the land to build the house I was back there looking around a saw what looked to be weed. It didnt look like anyone had planted it either. it was all mixed in with the grass and other weeds back in the woods.

I don't think cops found it cause I don't think cops go alongside of the HWY and pick up litter. At least I hope they don't, it would suck if they were getting paid all the money they are getting paid and pick up litter.
