Another Sara update...

No surgery. They can't remove the tumors without removing vital nerves to her legs.

They basicly have no idea what the future will hold.
If the tumors get much worse, it could be fatal.
If they are there and don't grow and she doesn't get anymore, she will still have a disability.
Everything is related to this disease. Leg, kidneys, bladder, etc...

It is called neurofibromatosis.
Children's has a clinic for this disease, so she will be hanging out there once in a while. Basicly they just follow her and determine if it is getting worse or not.

I am happy to have a name for it. Not happy there is nothing that can be done.

Development will most likely be slowed, and the leg will most likely be larger for life.

Although, even if it gets bad, it shouldn't be fatal.
But I imagine it won't be easy for her. It can effect learning as well.
