New Member from UK in need of Tech help

I race a Lotus Esprit silhouette race car here in the UK, I currently use a 6.0 litre Rover V8 based engine (Buick 215 to you guys), but am about to build + fit an LS2 race motor.
The car has very low ground clearance , I need some technical help regarding small 10.5" dia flywheel and starter motors for these engines, can anyone assist.
