2000 black T/A Vert- Red 99 C5 Coupe sold
Can I run a 275-40 on an 8.5 inch wheel?
Looking to get a set of four, with c5 front offset. Can I run a 275 or is the 8.5 too small. Also will the c5 front offset work all the way around?
thanks,
Shawn

That should be fine. I am getting C6 wheels put on my TA tomorrow with 275/35's. I asked the same question not too long ago, that is one of the biggest sizes you can put on it. If you want to go wider down the road, you may want to get the 9.5's

I just got my C6 18X8.5's put on with 275/35's and they look great! A 9.5" rim would have stretched the tire out to much for sure.
