    According to my GM Service Manual Vol 1 of 3 F Platform, they identify this part as (filler, folding top quarter window) have no idea about part # though. Hope this helps.

    I've always heard it was called a "Cheater panel". Why?...dunno, guess it was cuz GM couldn't figure out how to make the car look [right] without it. I've seen after market "carbon look" stickers, but never thought they looked very good. Well, on black at least.
