ses code question please help
i have multiple codes for same thing.... bank 2 sensor 1... one says no activity detected other says something about heater circut and the other says running to lean <--- which i cant see beacuse my exhaust actually stinks horribly of gas lately, unless its dumping more gas to make up for this code...
is this all just a bad 02 sensor?
i have no 02's in the rear but they are deleted... so bank 2 is the front>?
i also have a code for random/multiple misfire?? <-- what does that mean
please help
p.s. sorry if this is posted in wrong section

Passenger side 02, sounds like it took a dump on ya. What mods are done? What are the codes? numbers, How do your plugs look? any wires cooked?
J2001 SS, Its not the car its the Driver that matters....

flowpac, lt's, ory, borla, 85 maf, p&p tb, plugs &wires, plus suspension, predator box tune
i dont know if its cooked wires i havent been under neath in a couple weeks
thats passenger side FRONT? cause i have no backs
ill get the exact code
if i get the front 02 codes deleted will that just stop the ses light or will it stop the car from dumping more gas because it thinks its running to lean?

Yes the passenger front, You cannot delete your front 02 sensors, thats how the car gets its info. The rears you can delete, which you said you all ready did, because the rear two just tell the computer how efficent your cats are. How long ago did you put that Maf on there? did these problems just come out of the blue? I would recommend changing out that 02 sensor.

PEWTER- 2000 CAMARO SS #3821
I would change the maf back to stock, I never had codes until I switched mine and the lean codes are common. Put the stock maf back on and clear the codes.

the maf has been on for about 2 years... the codes are fairly new about 4 months or so...
i will put the stock maf back in and try that but the other code also said no activity detected...
if that doesnt work ill get a new 02
dont you get more hp out of the 85mm maf than stock?
or is it not worth the trouble, or a very small unnoticeable amount?

Iv known a few guys that decided to go with a bigger maf and things didnt work out, starting throwing some wild codes, put the stock one back in and the issue's were gone.

ok... now i just tried to put my stock maf on and i cant get it to fit!!! i have the slp flowpac with smooth bellows and it wont work with them due to it making everything too long and the lid wont sit on top the airbox anymore becuase its an inch to close to the front of the car... i noticed that my 85mm maf is about 3/4 to an inch shorter in length than the stocker.... anyone help???

It just need a little elbow grease but it will fit, the rubber bellows have just shapped to the old configuration, If you have your stock bellows it may make it easier.

its not the diameter that is the problem...its the over all length... like i have too much bellow... and it will not allow my lid to lock in under the four grooves in the back
